Cancellation Policy
Flexible Rates
Bookings made on our flexible rate plans can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival may incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay.
Advance Purchase Rates
Bookings made on advance purchase or non-refundable rate plans cannot be cancelled or modified. The full booking value will be charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
Group Bookings
Cancellation terms for group bookings (more than 5 rooms) may differ from standard rates. Please refer to your group booking confirmation or contact our reservations team for specific terms.
No-Show
If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation, the booking will be marked as a no-show and the full value of the reservation may be charged.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. The timing of the refund appearing on your statement may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
